Returns & Exchange Policy

No Returns

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Size Exchanges

We accept size exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. To request a size exchange:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and the size you need.
  2. Ship the item back to us in its original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags intact.
  3. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your exchanged size within 2–3 business days.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. You may keep the damaged product. Reports made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for replacement.
